Ok..if my memory serves me correctly....that very first pic she posted was posted by another elite member here a while ago..and If Im not mistaken...that memeber claimed that this would be his next conquest..I will not divulge the members name but he knows who he is....... so he should shoot me a PM to keep my mouth shut... :-)
and babygirl....you look very nice.. and when are you coming to Illinois?? And how come there are no nice looking women here from Illinois??????????
 
Babygirl, I don't have time to ask your previous stats, but whatever you came from - your current progression is definite positive momentum. Focus on lower body compound movements (ie. squats, lunges), and don't be afraid to increase the poundage. Your "upper" body is rather incredible (wink). Love the hair also - long hair is always attractive.

2.-SET A DIET BASE IN YOUR BODY FAT %,AND YOUR IDEAL GOAL.(BODY WEIGTH) BE REALISTIC.
3.-WRITE YOUR DIET.,KEEP A LOG AND OR TRAINING /EATING .
4.-BE CONSISTENT,YOU MAY GET A PERSONAL TRAINER/NUTRITION COUNSELOR.
5.-MODIFY YOU "HABITS" (DIET,TRAINING,ROUTINE.)OR EVEN LITTLE LIFESTYLE CHANGES MAY MAKE A HUGE IMPACT.(LIKE THE TIME YOU EAT OR TRAIN.
