Help with my diet and Time for my first cycle?

I am 22 yr old 6'1 220 12% bf. I have been lifting and training hard for about 5 years now. The problem being that i didnt have proper nutrion until the last two years of my training. So when i did decide to eat right i was making really good progress, so i didnt feel i needed to take any steroids. But now it seems like ive hit a brick wall. Im not sure if i need to change up my diet more or finally do my first cycle. Heres my deit I eat six meals a day The first at 6:15am I have a myoplex meal replacement two piecs of toast with 4 poached each whites. (since i workout in morning and have hard time training with a lot food in my stomche) After i train I get home(around 8:45-9:15) I warm up 5-6 more eggwhites a small amout of steamed chicken or tuna (if im lucky) from the night before, and either 3-4 sweet potatoes or 3 healthy servings of brown rice.Then at around 12:15 I have 2 to 3 whole chicken breasts steamed broccli a full head of romaine lettuce and two servings of brown rice. this is where i cut my carbs almost completely out. And think I need help here in my diet. At 3:15 i have a protein shake now with 4-5 egg white from boiled eggs. at dinner I have either some Lean meat ( fish, tuna, chicken and once a week i have a nice steak) two heads romaine lettuce and large amout of broccli(steamed).And at around 9:30 I have a protein shake with 2-4 egg whites. This diet did me well the last year and half or so. And I continued to make good gains but have not made any in the last few months. So unless I can change some kind of diet things to help out im thinking of using some of these. I have 24 amps of Testosterone Enanthate each 250mg/ml, 350 anabol tabs 5 mg, and i have 20 10mg Winstrol tabs. I thinking of not using any of the winstrol tabs in my cycle and just use the Test E and the D-bols. But I am very open to any help you guys could be in this area. And yes I do undesrstand I will need to get some Nolvadex clomid and some HCC 5000iu which I do not have yet. But can get within the next ten days or so. And any tips to helping with my diet on this cycle would help my. thanks for taking your time to read and Resopnd.
 
Diet looks pretty good..have you tried calorie cycling? Do you know your macros on that? total calories?? Based off your stats...to bulk you could follow this:

Daily Calorie Intake: 3663

CARBOHYDRATES PROTEIN FATS*
GRAMS PER MEAL 66.5g 40.3g 20.3g
GRAMS PER DAY 399g 242g 122g

You need well over 3100 cals to gain...3100 cals is your "maintenance" calorie intake.
 
I would run the test alone at 500mgs a week for 12. What are your goals. If your serious about putting on some serious mass and not worried about a little fat, you can throw in the DBol. The diet looks good but you should up the cals when you start your cycle. But dont start taking anything untl you have all the HCG, Nolva, Adex on hand. I am glad I just ran a test only cycle for my first because I know how my body reacts to test alone.

My goal is to gain some solid mass. And then get cutt up towards the end. Thats why i originally bought the 20 10 mg winnie tabs to take towards the end of my cycle. But im not sure thats a good idea.Let me know what you think on this. And with the Test E and the D-bols is that just a dumb combination for what I want to achieve? Was going to do 500mg/wk Test E, 30mg/day D-bol. Stack like this four 4-6 weeks and then finish on the Test E for the last 4-6 weeks.Can i get ripped more so than i am now while gaining size doing a cycle like this?And as far as my pct im working on that right now.My diet while im on this will i need to just increase the same types of foods im eating. Like instead of having 3 chicken breasts have 5? Or 2 servings brown rice, have 4 servings etc. Or try to increase my foods through higher calorie foods? My

Best thing to do is write down the cals, fats, proteins, carbs of EVERYTHING your eating..add them up and post what you find...we can go from there...test/dbol combo is a good "newbie" stack...test alone would be good as well
 
Ok i figure i am taking in 3,410 calories a day. 360g carbs, 280g protein, and 75g fat. I reffrenced the amount and times that i eat above also. Thanks for yor help :)
 
That will be decent amount of cals but I would try to get in 4000. Exspecially if you decide to take the DBol. I wasnt putting on much weight at all at 3200 cals on a Test E 500mg week. So I bumped it up to 4000+ and now I am putting on weight good now. Its your body and you need to kinda exspirement. But I suggest you do a little bit more research on the AS you have because its smart to know how the drugs work and whats going on inside your body.
 
Ya but is not a decent amount of cals. because I havent done much under this diet in the last 3 months. And was wondering if I need to just increase the same types of foods ive been eating. Or add new types of foods altogether. While under my cycle. Will I need to increase my carbs?thanks for your help
 
I would add more meals to get in more protein.Try getting your protein at 400grams a day.I didn"t see any good gains on a cycle until I upped my protein to 2grams per pound of bodyweight.Carbs lot good you may even add more fat if your body won"t store all of it. Try that first then if no gains run the test at 500mgs/wk and start the d-bols off at 35mg/day.
