help with cutting DIET

Im on my second week of my diet and im eating around 30 grams of carbs 3 times a day with 1-2 r-ala pills before each meal--im also using yohimburn DF and clen and test but recently i have been feeling a little flat in my muscles and kinda loose--do you guys think it is because of the carbs and maybe should i carbo load 1 day out of every 6 days or something?
 
Yes and Yes.

Low carbs are great for cutting but your muscles will feel flat.

1 carb up day per week is a good idea.
 
thanx--enigma----how many carbs do you think a carb up day is--and should i take the r-ala just like i have been on the carb up day.
 
I do this diet every spring. My own version of the Crumcake diet. I never counted on carb-up day. Just ate whatever I wanted. And yes i did take the ALA every day, including the carb-up day. I am going to try to post a link to a photo album from last spring. The first pic (black and white) was taken the last day of my low carb diet. I also had not eaten ANYthing for about 48 hours and did not drink anything for 24 hours.

The second pic was taken just 3 days after the black and white. Look at how my muscles BLEW UP. They got completely full after eating carbs for just a couple of days. I look about 165 in the first pic and about 200 in the second. LOL!

I'm on a low carb diet as well. I like to carb up on my leg day. I train legs later in the day around 5pm so I'll throw in a bagel earlier in the day. Don't know if this is enough to carbo load but it does the trick for me. I also take 2-3 stackers 3 a day. Makes me feel harder than if I go without. I'm 6'4" 258lb at around 12% down from 270lbs and around 18%. Next month I start a Eq cycle to harden up some more and maybe add a bit of extra muscle. As I'm not looking to get much bigger till next winter my diet will stay about the same.
 
lookin solid in them pics, how mcuh bf did you lose in that 8 week period, a good amount? I am getting pics done in about 6 weeks, do you think that the 48 hrs of not eating and the 24 hrs of not drinking helped get more of a ripped look?
 
Cutting diet.

First off, enigmaxx, you look great. Now, for the cutting diet, I find low carbs (like less than 10 a meal) with high protein intake and moderate fat intake from healthy fats, maybe 12-15grams per meal. On days I work out, I use a carb/protein shake post-workout (N Large). I also carb up one day a week. I had great success with this diet last time I had to cut. I aslo do cardio 6x a week while cuting, (leg day is the day I don't do cardio), I do cardio first thing when I wake up. Check out Mr. X's diet plans as well for great info. Try it for yourself. r-ala is also a smart addition you've already covered.
 
fuck having a carb up day... Just take down a post workout carb shake, it wont be stored as fat, and your muscles will be full looking again
