I just finished my last year of wrestling...needless to say I gained 15 pounds and went from 285 to 300 and the extra body fat came with it. (love handles mostly) I have lost 5 pounds in about 2 weeks by doing muscle definition weight training with about 20 minutes of cardio after training with weights. I recently started using roxylean (the 700 mg one due to my size) I am trying to stick to protein on my diet and low carbs. My question is can I reach my goal weight of 265 by july and hopefully tone up. All tips for a good diet would also be very helpful! Thanks!
