Well I'm a little bummed out about the fruit servings
, however, I'll cut it down. There is so much information out there, it gets a bit overwhelming. I was under the impression to eat as many fruits and veggies as possible. As far as my morning meal goes, it is a big meal. I'm practically starving by that time, I need some fuel to keep me going. But I see your point BM, I'll look into it.
