Exactly, how do I do it? Do simple carbs like French Bread count, or do I need to eat a done of whole grain bread?

I need to eat MASSIVE amount of carbs for this week. I'm doing something new at my job, assembly line worker, and they are allowing me to do something new which I just know the process with no speed to it, and the only speed I have is going in there and doing it. I usually run off of 130 carbs a day, but I've cut down to around 105 since then. I was wondering if I could just munch on bread all day or what? Or is this even how it works?

Well..depends on how many carbs you are actually going to intake in order to replenish the depleted glycogen levels. On an extreme carb up (600+ grams) I would say an entirely clean carb up would be impossible for the average human. I would, however, recommend that you use your head when selecting carbs. I would say you are fine to eat your french bread, although I'd recommend multigrain or whole grain..

How many carbs are you aiming for?

Probably around 300-400 is what I'm thinking. I go crazy when I'm up on 250 grams but I need to get it up there because I'll have to be fast all damn night without losing pace.

Changing my diet to fit myself for this week, taking a minor break from my cutting part and just focusing on getting some damned energy. Maybe I'll get some good gains this week hah.

Eh..if you are cutting chances are a carb load wont give you very much gains..but it will certainly give you some energy. If you have been low carb for a while you will feel great after this..eat up and enjoy

Carb ups are good every 7-10 days. Keep it clean, sweet potatoes(yams), bananas, brown rice, and oats are good choices.
