Help needed!! First real bulking cycle

agreed. meals can be cheap and easy. heres a few.

1lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1 onion
2 peppers
chop it all up, mix it good, mahke a loaf and bake at 275. about 10 mins before its done pull it out and cover it with katsup. make as many as you need for the weak. heat then in the macrowave.

another is stuffed peppers

gut out the peppers, pre cook brown rice mix the macros you need withthe rice and beef add some tomato paste to the mix pot it all in the peppers and bake until done.

or instead of peppers ypu can make oval shapes out of that same mix and wrap it in cabbage and bake it.

all simple stuff that you can make in bulk and freeze.
 
Some really good tips. I second the make it on Sunday thing. That's what I do for all of my in between meals. I grill up 10 extra chicken breast for my mid-morning snack throughout the week and I'm good. For lunch I just make extra for dinner the night before. Give yourself a couple of different options throughout the week so you don't get tired of them. Good luck!
 
i like the meatloaf idea never knew how to make it until now. but wat is katsup?? don't think we have that over here in jolly old wales lol

ketsup, bbq sauce, or any thick sweat tomato sauce will work.
 
Ok now that i have a good meal plan to go off and some meal ideas to work with i am going to transform my diet as of payday, which was meant to be y'day but now looks like Friday :mad:

Yet i still have one more question about a good solid bulking diet and that is; what sort of supplements should one take when trying to bulk, apart from the obvious protein shakes and creatine??? :confused:

Mate supplements imo when compared doller to gains are almost rubbish. Tried so many from supposed top brands and results..... well def not worth the cash, however im in aus and cant get my hands on some of the goodies other guys can like beastdrol. Prohormones are banned here. With your new diet you could grab a weight gain shake with around 600 calories a serv, 50g + protein of WHEY protein, with as close to no fat as possible as that will slow digestion and use that straight after training. Its easy to get sucked into supplement hype with there bull promises. For now get a weight gain shake for PWO only and if you really want too grab a casein protein for before bed. Save your money for your food.

Yea pro-hormones are banned over here as well, so just going to stick with the creatine (put weight on a skeleton) and buy a solid weight gainer. Would you have any suggestions for branded weight gainers?
 
Im using cyto-gainer from cytosport. Also i saw your post in the aas forum bro and you remind me alot of me... always go at things 100% and my advice is give your diet a go for 12 months, prove to yourself you can stick with it, you will make some good gains and then taste some aas and grow some more. Up to you mate, phate who offered to help with your diet in your ass thread would be worth sending a pm.
