Yow!

Is it possible you are gorging on foods high in msg and free glutamates.

Whenever I find an "addiction" to a food that is difficult to curb I usually find good old food nicotine somewhere in the ingredients.

Its in practically everything not in a produce or butcher section, too

However your body could be trying to tell you something but its hard to say, can you post stats and ratios from your precontest diet and any other relevant info?

Use foods with high satiety (fiberours veggies etc), lean meat, add pyillium husk to ur oats, and through out foods u binge on (e.g., nuts etc)

You could always use diet soda or soda water along with meals to bloat u and delude u into thinking ur full. Or make stevia hot chocolate (cocoa + stevia + 10 mls of skim milk - basically no cals, but satisfies the sweet tooth)

stevia is kickass :)

yeah i love stevia

ok so today i am back on my pre contest dieting because i realized i am the type of person that needs the food out of sight out of mind.... so i threw out all of the food i was binging on !!! so i am back to tilepia and broccoli but i dont mind it thanks for your help!!

Dude, why don't you ride the rebound??

You can do a years worth of bulking in just 6 weeks after such a depleting diet. I always hit my heaviest after a show then I hold it for the year before I cut again...

Just eat tons of clean foods...

I go through phases with dieting, but I do think it is better to minimise 'cheats' to one day a week off season.

If some foods have you kick off, avoid them.

There are loads of ways to get different 'fixes' that don't do huge amounts of damage.

What are you craving the most, or is it everything?

i crav sweets and like for instance if i eat them i need to keep going its like i can not get enough and then if its sweets i need to eat like a pice of ezikel bread with peanut butter, its bad !!!

stop eating.. that's what i do.. not really..

what is your next goal.. without a goal you cannot keep yourself in check.. often the chasing of a thing is better and more rewarding than catching or having a thing or person..

set new goals.. enter into another contest..
