I´ve been kinda stressed lately, exams, and a bit of emotional stress as well, I know this, although I don´t "feel" the stress at all (but I must have it!). The last couple days I´ve tried relaxing but things didn´t get any better, if not worse.
I have been taking probiotics as well, maybe not enough?? (maybe magnesium, I´ve read about it too - that´s a supplement I don´t take)
What kind of probiotic are you taking, and how much, at what times.. etc
