^^^ I agree.. too many times newbs are concerned what the scale does.. anyone can get on dbol/deca/test with no AI and find a buffet and put on 20 pounds of water, but they will look like a bloated pig
im looking for advice on a target weight.. im 5'5 and about 132 lbs right now. i thought about 150 and someone suggested 180..but that seems like i would look odd. and waiting on some test to come in as well
Look in the mirror.bro. I'm 5'5" @170 with a solid %10 and feel.GREAT i'm on stage at 150 (closer to %5 though) I would wait until you get closer to 160 before considering gear. Also depend on bf
it looks good at 170 ! and as for the the buffet comment. I can put the food away. but i dont eat junk food. here and there ill get a small bag of chips. and main weakness im trying to cut is soda/pop. do you feel that protein shakes make a big difference in gains?
