I am in my mid 20's and am starting to learn about nutrition and cooking since I have lived on my own. i'm figuring out i am actually a good cook and enjoy making my own meals instead of eating out at restaurants. looking to pick your brains on healthy smaller meals i can cook up fast.

I make my own chicken ceaser salad but I make it from scratch. I use coconut oil and coconut yogurt along with spices and apple cider vinegar.
