Heading to the gym...

Sounds like a solid return to the gym. Posing is much more difficult than one would think so just practice till you know your body. Don't worry about the injury you will come back stronger just give it time and lots of hard work.


When life knocks you down get right back up again. Otherwise it isn't worth living.

Yeah it is me I need to update it though. I was 265 in that pick I am now between 285-295 depending on hydration and donut levels in body. Don't have access to a digital camera very often and only my computer at work to get online with so I will make an effort to updat in the near future.

I was doing the extreme stretches that are part of the DC training method. I don't think this happens all the time to people, just a case of bad luck.
 
Oops, I forgot to mention that it was the chest stretch I was doing.

Oh yes, it hurt very bad. I got up, and I felt like I couldn't breath. It felt as if I had broken nearly every rib on my side, but I knew that wasn't possible. I've had my face split open, nose busted, broken knuckles on the actual joint, etc, etc and I've never felt pain like this. But I am not one to go to dr., so I waited a day. Worst day of my life. I was up all night, couldn't breath. I had to take very shallow, light breaths. I *had* to go to the er, the next day. It was nasty, the x-ray. He said there were tears in several places. They gave me pain killers, and a plastic type of rap. They wanted me to go to physical therapy for a hot bed, and tub, but I didn't feel like doing all that. So, 4 weeks later, and here I am, back in the game. Wow that was loooooong winded. ;p
