Man, I have really done good gone from 29% body fat down to 14.5 in about 2 months. All my clothes are fitting loose around my waist and am getting checked out more at the pool, beach and lake settings. I was on a real strict diet and had one cheat day per week.
But lately I have been cheating more I still havn't gained it back but I am worred if I don't stop eating ice cream(my weakness) at night, I am going to screw up and be chunky again.
I know I am just bitching but am I the only one that has trouble with dieting after three or four months you want to say, "screw it - food is good and I miss it and I am married anyway so what is the point of having a totally flat belly!"
And what foods do you have trouble passing up?
