I've had too many to remember....but one sticks out...
I dislocated some pec muscle fibers one time while incline bench...pretty nasty....
On my pec, I had this raised up line of muscle fibers...like a piece of straw....I pushed semi-hard and it "snapped" back in....was sore for a few days, but nothing major after that..
Another time I hyperextended a knee on a hack squat by not paying attention to where my knees were...
Heard a pop and later got bursitis in one of my shoulders from flat benching too heavy....(I never max anymore because of this...)
