hard to get cals from clean bulking?

i have been bulking uncleanly for almost 2 years. I started at 6'2", 135lbs and I got to 190lbs, but dropped back down to 185. I gained like 1% fat this entire time. I want to bulk cleanly now, not because I will gain fat, but just because of health reasons etc.. so instead of fast food almost every meal.. i wanna switch it up but I find it harder to get high calories.. unless i eat a LOT more food then i used to each meal.

what do you guys suggest for some easy calories, and high protein. I'm going for like 650cals, 60g protein, 50g carbs, 20g fat.

I'm assuming when you say 650cal, you mean 650 cal per MEAL.

High cal foods:
All Natural Peanut butter (100cal per tbsp.)
-->add 2tbsp. w/ every meal (200cal.), 6meals = 1200 extra cal.
Almonds, walnuts and all others related (good bulking snacks).
Oils like pumpkinseed, MCT, flaxseed

Ya it isn't hard at all. Like MrX said, peanut butter is your friend. Some people also drink olive oil straight up. I can't do that cause I think it tastes like asssss, but flax seed oil would also do the trick.
 
Samples meals could be:
10 oz. ground beef, 2 slices cheese, 1 cup brown rice, side salad

10 oz. chicken breast, 1 yam, Handful Almonds

16 oz. whole milk, 10 egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal

The list goes on....
 
why would you want to bulk cleanly if you're not going to gain fat eating pizza all day long? i would kill to be able to eat pepperoni pizza at every meal and not look like homer simpson after a coupla months.
 
How on earth did you gain 55 lbs with only a 1% BF increase while eating junk? Were you on gear?

nope, no gear. I just don't put on fat.. I've been a skinny rail all my life, and started weight lifting cuz my brother and his friends used to call me gumby. I put 55lbs in less than 2 years.. hardly gained ANY fat.. its just genetic i guess.. an being a tall ectomorph im sure helps. I'm also young (18).

I've decided to bulk cleanly, or cleaner, because I don't think eating mcdonalds, and other crap just for the calories is healthy 6 times a day. I also didn't do any cardio when bulking cuz I lose weight so easily.
