i have been bulking uncleanly for almost 2 years. I started at 6'2", 135lbs and I got to 190lbs, but dropped back down to 185. I gained like 1% fat this entire time. I want to bulk cleanly now, not because I will gain fat, but just because of health reasons etc.. so instead of fast food almost every meal.. i wanna switch it up but I find it harder to get high calories.. unless i eat a LOT more food then i used to each meal.
what do you guys suggest for some easy calories, and high protein. I'm going for like 650cals, 60g protein, 50g carbs, 20g fat.
