Like I said, a course of anitbiotics and to reassess it in a few weeks, usually within a month.
You will never get a defintitive answer though. B?C everyone has been quoted saying its nothing then they get that person.
In fact, you cannot say if you are doing an ultrasound on some lady saying its gender. You either say/ "its a boy or a little girl with a penis".
