I start out with some oats and a drink I make by blending about 8 diff fruits and veggies together. Lunch and snacks are usually leftovers(I cook every night). Dinner last night was garlic oven roasted broccoli kale, a cucumber lentil dill salad and a sweet potato leek sweet corn chowder.
Tonight we had some kick ass Indian take out.
I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian. We eat fish once or twice a week and cheese every so often. Technically we're called pescatarians.
