So last week I committed to splitting up Hams and quads. No longer do I have a happy little "legs day."
Do you have ANY idea what the disadvantage to this is?????
On "hams day" I THOUGHT the disadvantage was that I couldn't think of too many unique hamstring exercises. It felt a little...light.
But, no THAT isn't the problem! The problem is the 12 fucking sets of quads I did last Thursday! I am DYING now!!!
Just thought I would share...
