hey I am trying to get back in shape for hockey and looking to have a boost in the endurance department, but I was wondering if taking bridge and ancient strength along with gw world be a good way to go or should I just wait till after I finish the gw?
gw is the best thing you can find going to added endurance.Bridge? i wouldnt use that specifically for endurance.ancient strength is creatine.It can help with muscle endurance
