GVT Diet Question??

I have started the German Volume training workout regimen today. I have/am getting the current supplements right now: Protein, BCAA+G and Amplify02 strength stack. I am wondering how much BCAA and Protein I should take and also when I should take them? I am trying to gain as much muscle as possible right now and am wondering what types of foods I should be eating and how much?

protein should be lean body mass x 2
bcaa's just take a dose in the after each work out and at night.
 
that is a broad question that could have many different answers depending on the person. a good starting point would be to eat 6 meals per day. between these 6 meals eat 2g of protein 2g of carbs and .5g of fat per lb of body weight per day. chart your diet for 1 month then look for what needs to change. every one is different no one can tell you the best diet you need to figure it out. good luck.
