I have started the German Volume training workout regimen today. I have/am getting the current supplements right now: Protein, BCAA+G and Amplify02 strength stack. I am wondering how much BCAA and Protein I should take and also when I should take them? I am trying to gain as much muscle as possible right now and am wondering what types of foods I should be eating and how much?
