I will word my question a little differently: If weigh 200lbs, and take in 300gms of protein/day, would I utilize all the protein if I took it all in the morning at one time, or if it was spaced throughout the day in my meals and shakes. Get serious you know that you need to space your meals as evenly as possible. If you can divide the protein you need into each meal that is the best solution. you could eat 300 grms in 1 serving yes, but that won't do anything for you except go right through your intestines and you end up shitting out about 240 of those grams without being digested at all, waste of a lot of money and my time for responding to this.
