Your age will actually have more to do with your dosing than your size. Your body makes it's own r-ALA. The younger you are the more you have in you naturally. That's why so many 2-16 year olds can eat like shit and stay lean. As you get older you have less and less being made naturally.
You should start with 2-3 caps per meal and evaluate it after a week. If you are peeing too much water out and getting too dry then cut back to 1-2 per meal. Again this is happening mainly with those over 35.
 
Ulter- I have some ordered from you (should be here tomorrow), my question; are each capsules 100mg and should I take them before, during, or after meals? Thanks, btw Im 27 yr. old so I prolly need 200-300mg per meal? Thanks

It's a side affect of only giving honest oppinions. If Ulter came up with the best product... I don't have any qualms about saying it.

r-ALA is by far the best diet product to ever be marketed.
