Your age will actually have more to do with your dosing than your size. Your body makes it's own r-ALA. The younger you are the more you have in you naturally. That's why so many 2-16 year olds can eat like shit and stay lean. As you get older you have less and less being made naturally.
You should start with 2-3 caps per meal and evaluate it after a week. If you are peeing too much water out and getting too dry then cut back to 1-2 per meal. Again this is happening mainly with those over 35.
