J jenscats5 Guest Aug 3, 2006 #22 You can get the cedar planks at some grocery stores or Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.....even Walmart I think.... I found a bottled sauce of Wasabi Ginger marinade at Hannaford's - it's really good on salmon....
