Good Salmon Recipes

cook on grill. sprinkle a little salt on there maybe some lemon. Its cooked when it turns opaque all the way through. Cut up a little oregano and basil and some tomatoes put that on top and kablamo!
Thats how I made it last week.
 
Salmon cooked with lime juice is yummy :)

That was a lot of help, but yeah.... just squirt some lime juice on it and then grill it, or bbq it yum yum.

I cooked a frozen fillet in the microwave in a coffee cup a few minutes ago.

It was not awesome.

equal parts:

1 - Worchest. sauce
2 - brown sugar
3 - jack daniels
 
Take some fresh slamon, make several holes with a needle, then add some Famous BC marinade (a little bit, not too much). Leave it in the fridge for an hour. Then in the oven for 25 minutes at 300. Sit every piece on a green pesto, again for a minutes, then serve it.
 
Soak a cedar plank in beer, a pilsner. Put the salmon on it, skin side down. Put fresh rosemary and horseradish on the top of it and put it on the grill. Good shit.

You can usually buy them at Williams Sonoma or other more specialized foor stores. They're aboth the size of a wood shingle. It just gives the fish a good woody kind of smoked flavor. IMO, salmon needs all the help it can get.

You can get the cedar planks at some grocery stores or Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.....even Walmart I think....

I found a bottled sauce of Wasabi Ginger marinade at Hannaford's - it's really good on salmon....
