I make egg whites, fat free cheddar cheese and spinach for breakfast every single day. I cannot live without it! :-D
I've found blending up 2 wholes, 3-4 whites, with a couple cherry tomatoes and some jalapenos - pan "fried" up - is fucking amazing....sometimes I throw some salsa in the blender, too
