..........and hopefully ill be bigger than b-fold

my diet.......... i will be gettin about 250 grams of protien a day
ill be gettin 50 grams of fat from flaxseed oil maybe more
ill be eating alot of healthfood cookies withought refined sugar and without hydrogenated fats.
ill be eating alot of hamburger meat
a whole lot of basically healthy snackfoods that are whole grain withouht the refined sugars and hydrogenated fats

my training will be similiar.... ill hit each body part 2 times a week using the HIT training stlye which is "doggcrapp" training style. its alot like b-folds because it is low volume but geard more towards a bodybuilder. with extreme stretching after sets. ill basically be hitting a bodypart once a week and only doing 1 or 2 sets to complete faliure then done.

im guessing calories will be around 5000-6000 ill have to actually right it down one day to get the exact amount

just looking at your avatar, i see that you've made great gains already, even with a smaller diet and quite a bit of cardio. your gains will probably be insane if you do this

well i have cut out cardio as of last week. i will do only one 150 yard sprint on leg day thats it. so that means 2 150 yard sprints of week. that aint shit though for cardio, my purpose for doing the sprints is to really hit the abbductors or the adductors????not shure of spelling but the middle quad or whatever lol. it will still tax the hell out of my lungs im shure.

i havent trained in style like this ever. all my lifts have gone down some latley because i was killin the hell out of cardio and gettin ripped. but now sinse its cold as hell id rather bulk up and then cut up around the begining of january so ill be ripped for spring. before i started doing tons of cardio my best lifts were 465 deadlift for 2 reps and a 315 full squat and 305 incline(with a big ass bounce not good form at all), i think the best i ever did on flat bench was 315 for a set of 3. i did the squat and deads with no belt and all natural aswell. i would say my arms are by far my best body part and quads, they definitly dwarf the rest of me. my weakest body parts are sholders chest ,back and hamstrings

well today this is what i did

back thickness: rack deadlifts, 1 set of 8 with 4-5 second negative on each rep with 385. then 1 more set of one rep with 385 with 4 second negative. and DEEP STRETCHING

back width: chins behined the neck for 1 set of 7 with 3-4 second negative on each rep then 1 set of lat pull downs for 7 with 3-4 second negative. and deep strecthing

chest: incline bench press 1 set of 8 with 205EDIT that was 215:) with 3-4 second negative. then incline dumbell 1 set of 6 with 95 pound dumbells with 3-4 second negative. then 1 set of 3 with 95 pound dumbells with the negative

sholders: behined the neck press all the way down to back bone with 155 for 7 reps with 3-4 second negative on each reps. then arnold presses with 60 for 7 reps with the usual negative. then a set of 3 with 60 pounds with the usual negative

tricep: one dumbell behined the neck french press with 110 pounds with negative for 10 reps. then another set of 7 with negative

biceps: strict barbell curl 135 for set of 7 with negative. then hammer curl with 50 pound dumbells with negatives for 8

after each body part is completed i do a massive stretch for about a minite and then after than maybe a couple minites more of stretchin.

all excersises have a about a 3-4 second negative except deadlifts with about 4-5 second negative. but all the postives are fast as possible

well in caloric terms id say probably so. but im eating alot healthier. all my fats come from healthy sources except the fats from the hamburger meat. all the cookies i eat have non hydrogenated canola oil, palm oil, and safflower oil. your really cant beat that in terms of good fats. not to mention all the flaxseed im gettin. i cant possibly come up with a better eating plan like this and taste good at the same time. we shall see

he said he cut out that cardio and will do 1 sprint a week. read up

actually its 2 sprints a week at 150 yards all out. all of my sets are takin to faliure by the way.

i would suggest anyone thats plannning on bulking healthy go to your nearest whole foods supermarket. the price is suprisingly the same on some things especially the cookies. and they dont have the bad fats or the enriched flour. a hell of alot better choice

i don't see how this compares to his?... what's with the healthfood cookies?

if you're going to eat some cookies, get the real things, dammit :D

this doesnt look like much like b fold's diet though. his has a bit more protein and carbs. make sure you get enough carbs

I don't like when people are negative, but I've gotta say this man.

You're putting together a recipe to become like b-fold?

If this is the case, you better add a shit-load of heart, soul, dedication, sacrifice, drive, desire, and some nuts that clank.

If you think a diet and training routine is all you need, I believe you may be disappointed. Do you think training like Ali will make you a boxing legend?

Not to be negative man, but just slapping a reality check on you. All I can say is good luck

I really can't say enough on this...hard to even read all of this. Emotional.

I want to say thank you to everyone...a big one.

Also..please remember that there is NO reason to flame anyone over anything...ever...

well the cookies taste just like oreos , vanilla wafers, chocolate chip cookies and other "junkfood snacks" but with out all the bad stuff that goes in them and actually taste just as good if not better

ohh im getting pleanty of carbs, but not as much protien im not as big as him im currently 245

thaibox- your talking to me as if im some chump with no experience. ive live breathed and sleeped nutrition and trainining for 7 and a half years now. ive never gone more than a week without working out. how many people you know run 4-6 miles a day and lift weights 3 times a week. i used to do even more thats how bad i wanted it, i wanted it so bad i used to spend 3 hours everyday lifting and cardio BECAUSE I WANTED "IT" that "LOOK" so bad but NATURALLY lifting weights its an addiction to me, and a love that i have for years, its all im really good at. i decided to take some of b-folds tactics and tailor them to my needs because i have different goals. he is the most inspirational person here and hes natural, that man has proven you can come over genetics. i feel i have above average genetics with all these years ive overtrained and still managed to have size. well off to more food. laterzz

No I'm not talking to you like a chump. I don't see how it came across that way. If it did, I apologize. I noted at least twice that I was playing devils advocate and my intention was not one to flame. My statement was saying that b-fold is a very unique individual and following his guidelines may not provide for another. You've been around for a while now, and I know who you are, your stats, and training experience, and I'm aware that you are far from a newbie.

You said "train like b-fold", "eat like b-fold", and "hopefully be bigger than b-fold." Based on this, my observation was simply to say that there's a lot more to an individual's success than their lifestyle, and therefore following that lifestyle in order to emulate that person can be a bad idea.

Hopefully this works well for you. You are tall like b, you have decent experience lifting, and this could be exactly what you need to put you where you want to be. If you've got the nuts, by all means, go and break as much stuff as possible and good luck.

Sorry my post was misunderstood

well i probably have a difference of opinion when it comes to protien intake then most people....there have been studies to where it shows any thing over .8-.9 grams per pound of lean body mass in protien just gets turned into glucose. so basically its wasted thats why i dont see the need to take so much protien as alot of people do. also thats why when people take like 1.5 grams to 2.0 grams per pound of lean body wiegght in protien they cant get into ketosis when on a ketosis type diet, that there proves the protien just gets turned into a carbohydrate.

im certainly gettin loads of calories from good fats and carbs.
