gonna eat like b-fold and gonna train like b-fold

I don't like when people are negative, but I've gotta say this man.

You're putting together a recipe to become like b-fold?

If this is the case, you better add a shit-load of heart, soul, dedication, sacrifice, drive, desire, and some nuts that clank.

If you think a diet and training routine is all you need, I believe you may be disappointed. Do you think training like Ali will make you a boxing legend?

Not to be negative man, but just slapping a reality check on you. All I can say is good luck

I really can't say enough on this...hard to even read all of this. Emotional.

I want to say thank you to everyone...a big one.

Also..please remember that there is NO reason to flame anyone over anything...ever...

i don't see how this compares to his?... what's with the healthfood cookies?

well the cookies taste just like oreos , vanilla wafers, chocolate chip cookies and other "junkfood snacks" but with out all the bad stuff that goes in them and actually taste just as good if not better

ohh im getting pleanty of carbs, but not as much protien im not as big as him im currently 245

thaibox- your talking to me as if im some chump with no experience. ive live breathed and sleeped nutrition and trainining for 7 and a half years now. ive never gone more than a week without working out. how many people you know run 4-6 miles a day and lift weights 3 times a week. i used to do even more thats how bad i wanted it, i wanted it so bad i used to spend 3 hours everyday lifting and cardio BECAUSE I WANTED "IT" that "LOOK" so bad but NATURALLY lifting weights its an addiction to me, and a love that i have for years, its all im really good at. i decided to take some of b-folds tactics and tailor them to my needs because i have different goals. he is the most inspirational person here and hes natural, that man has proven you can come over genetics. i feel i have above average genetics with all these years ive overtrained and still managed to have size. well off to more food. laterzz

No I'm not talking to you like a chump. I don't see how it came across that way. If it did, I apologize. I noted at least twice that I was playing devils advocate and my intention was not one to flame. My statement was saying that b-fold is a very unique individual and following his guidelines may not provide for another. You've been around for a while now, and I know who you are, your stats, and training experience, and I'm aware that you are far from a newbie.

You said "train like b-fold", "eat like b-fold", and "hopefully be bigger than b-fold." Based on this, my observation was simply to say that there's a lot more to an individual's success than their lifestyle, and therefore following that lifestyle in order to emulate that person can be a bad idea.

Hopefully this works well for you. You are tall like b, you have decent experience lifting, and this could be exactly what you need to put you where you want to be. If you've got the nuts, by all means, go and break as much stuff as possible and good luck.

Sorry my post was misunderstood

well i probably have a difference of opinion when it comes to protien intake then most people....there have been studies to where it shows any thing over .8-.9 grams per pound of lean body mass in protien just gets turned into glucose. so basically its wasted thats why i dont see the need to take so much protien as alot of people do. also thats why when people take like 1.5 grams to 2.0 grams per pound of lean body wiegght in protien they cant get into ketosis when on a ketosis type diet, that there proves the protien just gets turned into a carbohydrate.

im certainly gettin loads of calories from good fats and carbs.
