Going to Start Anavar....In Need of Advice

Yes, I do still want to lose body fat, a few people have suggested that I need to increase for the Var to be effective. I can improve my diet, no problem. I just looking for the hardness Var brings, and its cutting effects. How much Taurine?

Maybe you want to try throwing in a fatburner to the mix. Whether it's something like Omega's liposhred stack, an ECA stack, or good old Clen. I used Clen/ECA (not at the same time of course) while running Anavar and I was shredded and put on a few quality lbs of muscle with a high protein calorie deficit diet.

Im not looking to get huge, just more cut up and a little more muscle mass. I forgot to mention, when I started working out again in August, I was 240 lbs. and about 30 % BF. My current diet is a protein shake mixed with 2% milk in the morning and two banannas. Mid- morning a protein bar. I work out at lunch, after my work out, another protein shake mixed with 2% milk, a grilled chicken breast and small salad. In the evening, I usually work nights at a second job, so its usually 2 grilled chicken breast, although sometimes I cheat and add cheesy potatoe wedges or fried cheese sticks with it. In my defense I only do that once a week. I'm not opposed to sticking my self, but again, if I only add a few pounds of muscle with this cycle, I'll be pretty happy with that.

I'd replace your 1st 2 meals with solid food and drop the 2% milk. Those 1st 3 meals look extremely high in sugar which is contributing to the high BF%. I'd also add in some good carbs B4 and post W/O, the mass your looking for comes from the workout, so a little tweaking there can help you a long way...
