Going to carb up heavily this weekend to....

OK.....I'm not.........AND, it's much easier to get in 4,000 cals with all fat, obviously, than it is with the balance 50,30,20 split..............so, that's one answer................
 
NO its a 70/30/0 split, but on 4000 calories I'm starving all day long.

trust me he does eat that much. i was there with him when he ate most the pizza and all the hamburgers himself (i had a slice so he only got most). he also cleared off a box of honeycomb, 2 quarts of yogurt, his soy milk, as well as other foods this past saturday. and i got him a diet dr pepper on our way back to town. i know i eat alot myself but maybe we just have good genetics (and years of eatting) keeping our metabolisms so high.

Anywho for those who missed in introduction, this is my neighbor and a friend of mine. He took a couple years off from training, but after about 6 months he is around 180 with visable abs. He is on EF doing research and learning before doing his first cycle. When he plataus we are thinking of something like 10 weeks on 400 mg of enathate. Since he seems to be natrually lean, and makes good gains I think we can put 15 lbs of keepable lbm (after pct) without any gains in body fat. However he needs to learn more and train natural a bit longer before he does a cycle.
 
BBF, we are in different extremes. I went from 205 to 225 with 3500kcals a day.
Cutting for me is 2500kcal protein and fat (plus 75g carbs pw and lots of cardio) with no change in bf%.

However we share the appetite for carbs, damn I miss em all the time, if I ate as much as I crave´em I´d be a fatass.
 
I don't get how you can eat that much and not get fat. Whatever, even if I wanted to I wouldn't. Too much money. Too much volume in terms of food. By that point, the fun is just all drained out of this, to me. I would never take it that far.
 
try GOOD cheesecake. Not the store bought crap...bakery quality with lots of fat. Eat the whole thing and then down alot of water. I've seen my buddy do this before a show...if your lean your muscles will look hard and full from all the fat and high gi carbs.

I would venture to say you are in the majority bro. I know I'm in the same boat you are. I'd have to be runnin alot of GH to keep from looking like Eric Cartman on 4k calories a day. Now on a cheat day, 7k is no prob--(Me and jkurls go pound some krispy kremes). j/k bro. :chomp: :chomp:
 
I am also a friend of BBF and I have seen him down some serious calories on his carb days ie. a couple of boxes of cereal, a jar of peanut butter, a pizza, etc. This is all in one afternoon(4-5 hrs). It is a sight to see.
