thnx bro - not dieting, per se, but always maintain a realitvely low carb intake........for no other reason than I would rather have steak/chicken, a large salad, and steamed vegggies, than rice or sweet potatoes..........so, you think 1-2 days I should add in the xtra carbs? How much? 3 cups of oats over the day? 6'2, 190lbs..........bf = approx.8%

3000 grams of carbs=12000 calories...........and you only weigh 239? did you eat anything else through the day protein, fats,..........You might of made some kind of world record in amounts of calories comsumed in one day

No its 3000, and it was over a 30 hour period. Yes I ate fat and protien also. I added natty peanut butter and soy milk to the two boxes of honycombes I ate. Pluse the the two doubble meat cheese burgers I ate and the pizza had some also. No that is not a record. When I was 15 or 16, I won a pizza eating contest by consuming 11 large domino's pizzas in under an hour by myself. Plus I ate all of my regular meals that day and had lunch 2 hours later... I had a pizza hot pocket at school.

Prcontest, have a pizza day at least once every 2 weeks to keep me and my metabolism up, at I eat a minimum of two pizza hut pizzas by byself ni an hour or two.

I never go under 6000-7000 cals a day, unless cutting, and many of my one day refeeds will go over 10,000 cals a day. I have a fast metabolism.

I don't see how any of you guys get over 200 lbs on the 3000-4000 calorie diets.

That is a hell of a lot of food. I dont know if i could imagine eating that much food in a 30 hour period and im 250lbs.

I agree with you about R-Ala, Leptawhatever, etc (although I don't ever plan on juicing). My theory of dieting is using food simply to fuel the body and not for its taste. Using this method, I never cheat and have no desire to cheat. I've had no problem maintaining extremely low levels of bodyfat with zero effort for the last two years. What you see in the avatar is what you get year 'round.

sorry bro - i just can't buy it.........must see

Its ok, I have trouble invisioning how some of you guys can achieve the bodyweights you do on virtually no food.

In any event, ask around. Alot of bodybuilders take in more food than you might expect. Quadsweep's precontest diet is 7000 calories a day with no cardio.
