I just got back. I go about 2x a week. Picked up 3 #'s of Turkey, 2 boxes of Quaker instant plain oatmeal, 32oz low fat cottage cheese, a couple bags of sunflower seeds, 1 jar of natural peanut butter.

I mix the sunflower seeds w/ peanut butter- add more sunflower seeds, then put the whole mix in a giant bowl of sunflower seeds & peanut butter- sound yummy?

Turkey breast
Chicken breast
Lowfat cottage cheese
Lowfat yogurt
Regular oatmeal
Ostrich patties
Lean red meat
Most of these are weekly, but not always. Condiments and spices can make a WORLD of difference. Something worth mentioning that I use to use were the Metrx grocery items. I use to love their pancake mix and pasta, I'm not sure if they still make them though. Oh, I buy all my produce seperately.
For recipes, do a search online for bodybuilding recipes. Jamo Nezzar's site use to have some good ones. Also, check out this link for some starters:
