Fuck, I'm going back to school in 4 days and I have a bad feeling it's gonna royally fuck my diet over....but I'm gonna try my best to eat enough.
I'm bulking, so for a meal in the middle of the day, when I need to have a meal, I'm thinking either a protein shake in a thermos that I can drink during class, or a protein bar. What would be a good bulking bar...cuz I gotta go get a box ASAP
