B Fold ... Dude, I have no idea ... the only thing differently I've been doing is needsize's thing. 5x5 for bench, then 2x10 on 2 other exercises. I do 1x10 warmup, then 4x5 with what I can. Since I started it, my strength has skyrocketed. All I need to do is start gaining more weight now. Much thanks also.

I'm going to continue needsize's routine. I really, really like it (obviously, haha) Props to him as much as everyone else. This week, I'm going to see if I can set a PR on squatting as well. It's not gonna be impressive, as my squat already sucks balls. But hey, what am I complaining about ... Apparently I have people here proud of me and my accomplishments thus far, and for that, once again, I thank you all.
