[FONT="]How much weight in glycogen can I expect to lose after coming off 700mg per week? I've been bulking on it. My diet hasn't been the best, so it hasn't gone exceptionally well, but I'm pretty OK with where the scale is currently at, assuming it it's not a lot of glycogen. So I just want to get an idea of how much of it actually is just glycogen weight.[/FONT]
