Wait when did I say I wasn't doing bench?:confused::confused::confused: Fuck that bro I am definitely doing bench. BTW, one more thing: the one handed dead without the strap has to be done overhand, no hook grip.

oh sorry I thought you had said to him that one of the lifts there was no point in doing because he would win too easily, and I thought it was bench but I might be wrong...

Lol how is that being a pussy? If i get a camera and you really want to do our comp, then how about you can do whatever i am doing for deadlifts on that day and go for as many reps as you can and i'll do the same?
 
Nice lifting so far Tblock - those are some good weights for a young guy. You're on your way to being a beast!

Rarrrrrrrrr!!!!;) Lol I plan on joining the army either officer or enlisted, so that unfortunately is already ruining some of my plans for beastliness. 5 mile runs just kill muscle mass:( But so far I am still making good progress with 3 days a week of running, if I go enlisted and try out for army rangers that will up to running 1-2 times a day 6-7 days a week:( Thanks for the compliment though:D

Jdid + em: I don't really think jdid is being a pussy, however I do think if he gets a camera the actual competition will not hurt his routine at all, it didn't for me and in fact so far has been a welcome change of pace.

I will do 225 rep out squat, 185 rep out bench, weighted pullups, and I'll also take a video of my rows and 1 handed power snatches to post in my fitness log.

Bench: 185x15 full lockout reps



Pullups: Bodyweight+55 lbsx3



So bench went alright, if I did typical bullshit rep out style no lockouts I could have done better. Pullups I didn't get my chin over the bar on 55x3, glad can I have a little break on that because as you see I have to cross my legs in front of me to avoid touching the ground and it makes it way harder. 1 handed powersnatch video is in my fitness log, I got 95x1 easily but couldn't get more:(

EDIT: Also on bench I forgot to set up properly so the bench was off balance and it made me off balance lol. I haven't done a rep out bench like this in a while so I ran out of endurance quick.

I spoke to EM- he's starting a routine made by bblazer so we're going to hold off on it if we'll ever have it at all. I offered to have something where i do w/e weight i am using for deads and we do a rep out.
