Yeah I'll let you have a rep or two so you can catch up to me Lol maybe someone should start a deadlift challenge thread where anyone can participate and it is max reps at 315....although that would be pretty light for some......
Tomorrow I will do the squat and weighted pullups part.
Gladiator: What do you think the rule should be for squats, ie should you have as much time as you need between reps or should there be a time limit? obviously the set if over when the bar comes off your back.
