Glad I've come across this, really liking the look of the program. I've followed sl5x5 and been running various bb routines, plus one now that my mate set for me and involves training same bb 2xweek.
I don't feel I ever gain much strength on any program, except newbie gains on sl5x5, but this is probably due to also trying to cut bf. will this program be any different? I struggle to build muscle, but can get fat very easily , so I'm not a typical hard gainer.
Any suggestions guys?
