Yeah I can stand on a platform and reach like a foot past my toes lol, but I just can't do btn military. I can't reach behind my back and touch the opposite arm I like your stratehy of switching it up, I am doing split jerk and loving it, plus I do db military seated.

Yea i posted my routine on my log that ill be starting monday. Im doin pretty good strength wise for losing 15 lbs lol. I saw ur vid jus arch ur back more. im also gonna start doing standing unilateral db military, and 1 arm db snatches, and bb snatches
