I got lucky on Saturday night with a girl I met at a party a couple of weeks ago. She’s sweet and pretty and was definitely a good fuck, and I left her place feeling very happy.

The only thing was that, during foreplay and sex, she made no noise at all. It was like being in a silent movie. Even when she came (and I am pretty sure she did, before I was inside her), no sound came from her except a bit of increased breathing. I’m not talking here about loud moans and screams of ecstasy or anything like that – I mean just nothing audible at all.

She seemed very comfortable with her body, she responded to things I did, she had some nice tricks of her own, and she was more than ready for another round later in the evening and again in the morning, so I don’t think it’s a matter of shyness or nervousness or lack of experience.

I’m going to try to hook up with her again because she’s rather sweet and the sex as such was good, but I’m a bit spooked by this lack of any noise at all. I’ve never had such a quiet woman before – usually there’s a whimper or a murmur or a sigh, or something!

Saw her again last night - same thing. I asked her about it and she said that she's always been quiet during sex - she likes to wallow in the feelings, she says. So that's that, I guess. I certainly don't want her making noise just to put on a show, so I'm just going to go along with it. Like someone said, I'm getting some of what I need ...

Now, despite what she first said when we got together, I'm a bit worried that she might want something a bit more permanent (and exclusive) than I do at the moment, but that's a different problem again!

Yes, that's what I would have thought. But she's not so young (well, it depends how old one is oneself, I guess!), but she's 24, so certainly not just out of school or anything like that.

As for years of hearing how bad sex is, I don't know - could be I suppose. I don't know what she's been hearing. But she's enthusiastic in bed - in fact, at one point last night it was remarkable that she could be moving so strenuously so much and not be making any noise, just from a physical point of view, never mind anything else. I was certainly grunting a bit.
