see...thats what I thought..maybe.....but then most say no way cause I train at 6pm.....so thats where the bulk of my cals lay.......lemme get some other inputs but thanks.
 
ohhh...now I see...you fall under that old school of no carbs at night...that has been washed many eons ago bro.....plus you only take in 2200 cals, so you are starving yourself like I was....my opion, lose all the oil and peanut butter or reduce it and add in some good foods to your diet....I am also on a low dose of test, so I can afford to eat more, plus I need to feed the machine....you also do pm cardio, which I feel is only good for the heart....but too each his own...good luck to ya.
 
i would suggest finding replacements for the peanut butter, and getting some carbs into your pre workout meal
 
Fats preworkout help reduce any crashing, but I am willing to try both methods....yeah, sometimes I go pb sometimes almonds....just a nut fat source...thanks for the reply. Looks solid? finally nice to have a diet dialed in!
 
when your trying to lose bf like i am i only intake starchy or simple carbs after i workout...i'll have some veggies with my chicken around 8:30 but those are fibrous....when bulking i'll def eat alot more carbs and pretty much when i want...but when my goal is to lose bf carbs that late is a no no....i try and get them in early.
 
thats your theory and great but please dont misinterrpt....I can cut with the best, I am now trying to put on mass....lean mass albeit, but mass none the less......thanks.
