Getting shredded with carbs

Just curious to see if anyone here is able to get really lean (say, 6-8%) while still consuming a fair amount of low gi carbs in their diets? If so, post what your diet looks like while doing so... Thanks!!

Got to 7% this summer. I ate about 30-35 cabrs fobrekafast (Pre-workout) and then 90 carbs PW in my PW Shake and then about 70 carbs, med-GI, about an hour and a half later. Low carb on non-training days, like 12 or less per meal all together (3x week). Then I have one cheat day, and LOOK the FUCK OUT! I tried cutting one year using carbs only in my PW shake and looked much flatter than my last time around. I stayed fuller looking. I liked it. Anyway, that's my answer.

Stay Tuned...............

So far so good 50% carbs and cutting
Waiting to plateau and then I'll cycle carbs
Not losing any muscle either. Maybe actually gaining lbm.
If so prolly memory, I had a long lay off, (6 months)

Anyway I finally feel good, like energetic and healthy. Not like that on those nasty low carb diets, they made me feel weak and I sometimes got dizzy. (Hypoglycemia)

Point is, stay away from extreme diets, except for very short times.
What I should have done is to used a base diet like the one I'm on to get to a stopping point, probably would be 7 or 8%, maybe lower, (I'm genetically lean) then I could do the low carb thing shortly and dip to 4-6%, get my picture taken (it'll last longer) and then return to my base diet and slowly start increasing cals.
