Getting Back in shape ???

I have recently suffered a viral illness last week that destroyed me. I lost like 10lbs and still feel like shit, some my question is, how do i get back in shape??? Ease into it? or Go balls to the wall again???

I was thinking of doing 2 weeks of all body workouts to get back in shape. The reason is I don't want to get sick again or overtrain. I know this sound dumb but being sick really weakens my body cause I usually never get sick, for some reason when i get sick it really hits me hard. Any advice?????
 
Man, don't worry too much about it. Lot of people I know were out with it too.

I think your problem is more psychological than physical. You've been sick, plus you have the blah feeling that comes from not working out. But a week and a half-two weeks is not a big deal. I suggest you wait another day or two, since you said you're still feeling sick, then get back to the gym and just pick up where you left off. I'd say in a week, you'll be back to normal.

I guess it might be mental since I always feel like shit when i don't lift. I was close to coming to personal bests (naturally) and I was making great progress, now I feel like I could lift the bar on any event.
 
I agree w/ gymtime.....I tried to workout while still a little sick and it just sloed the process of me getting better...I felt worse the next couple days....
