Gaining Mass... Diet Help

cuthroat

Banned
I was just wondering if anyone could post an example of a good bulking diet for me, or a bulking diet that has worked for them. I am 6'0 and 145 lbs 16% body fat, I look scrawny but my bf% is obviously pretty high. Is it going to hurt me to bulk with this high of a body fat %? If not, at what body fat percentage should I stop bulking. Just need a little help getting started. Thanks for all the help given in the past, just trying to get this worked out. :chomp:

When bulking its almost inevitable you will gain fat along with muscle, and itll be worse if you already have fat deposits.

Get around 10% IMO... everyone will tell you its much easier to gain muscle on a lean frame, so clean your slate and bulk up later. Good luck bor

If you already have a high BF, then just by changing up your food sources you will gain muscle and lose fat.

I wouldn't overlook this post. I know it is really hard/some think it is impossible to gain muscle and lose fat, but I feel if you have a high bf to begin with and you start eating right and excercising, you will cut up and put on some lean mass

This only happens to total newbies (training newbies) during the first month or so... if he has been traininf already it is all wishful thinking

I disacree, not if his diet has been off. His training needs to be on pint, yes, but if he switches from a shitty diet to a sold one, I think he should at least hang onto the muscle he has while dropping BF by simply changin up caloric sources and meal frequency.
