is it okay 15-30 minutes before the gym to have either 1 bananna or 2 kiwi's?
i had 40g's of protein with 2 kiwi's about 40 minutes before i trained...
whats good to eat 30-1.30hrs before the gym?
im sure it probably wont matter as much while bulking...but cutting i mean you need some carbs and cals...
