Frisky, hows the h20 retention?? I'm holding alot of h20 right now, hopefully it will come off the last week. My hubby wants Chef's e-mail address. Do you have it, you can p.m. me if you want.

My BF was taken last Tues. 15.8% grrrrr, I hope to get down to at least 14 %, 13 days out!!!!

water retention still lingers a bit. I upped my water to 2+ gals yesterday and was literally in the bathroom every 10minutes.

What are you doing that last week?

You can do it... keep dieting and training. :rose:
