Tweaking the diet abit again... gonna go with two carb up's a week. Added a few things and also took some things away.

4 oz Ground Turkey Patty

Multi Vitamin
Taurine
Glucosamine



Feels good being in the gym kicking ass and walking away from cardio sweating my tail off then having 2 people stop me and comment on my progress and what is the beginning of my abdomal development. I can actually say that this is the first in years That I've comfortably walked around and felt good about my body and myself... :rose:
