was kinda in the dumps earlier... from riding high like a kite yesterday to today.. going get my body fat done and the guy tells me high 16's :(

Ok.. so here is the rest of my day. First week of a new Carb cycle... different than before, gonna give it a try and see how it works for me. Having to go 4 days low carb then 1 carb up then 3 days low carb and 1 carb up. I'm offically dead tired now on my 4th day.. need cardio breeze bad!
