Starting all my goodies today! Ok.. so I have to allocate another time spot to take all my vitamins and supplements.. LOL Now you know thats bad.

How do you make the Turkey Patty? What do you add to the ground turkey mince and how much?

I do it two ways... I buy the ground turkey and actually add nothing to it.. make a patty and throw it on my George Foreman grill. Then I buy them all ready portioned out into 4oz patty's but not mixed with anything either. After cooking i'll add Tony's (seasoning mix) or just plain ol' salt.
Every now and again I'll just open up the spice rack and throw some Jamican Jerk on it or what ever else is in there depending on my mood. For the most part I keep it pretty simple and do things the same way over and over.. LOL

The turkey is really juicy, I didn't expect it to be.

OK cool, thanks for that. I usually eat chicken because Turkey is kind of expensive here where I live.
