For zwhit, my pictures from hong kong

nice! I don't know a woman that would do all that alone. It must be your "commanding presence." :D

I feel you on the sprained ankle in the middle of checking everything out. I strained the hell out of my groin in st. lucia a couple years ago in the middle of a hike. Of course I kept going and hobbled around the rest of the trip. Probably should've listened to the wife for once.

I actually think I did myself favors by staying on it. I was careful not to re-injure myself, iced it each night, but the pain was minimal after the first day. It sure didn't look pretty, and it's still swollen today, but I'm a stubborn mule and I will push my body through anything before I let it stop me from doing something I want to do lol.

I don't know anyone else who would do all that I did alone either, but I don't anticipate ever going to HK on my own dime, so I didn't want to waste a minute. I'm pretty independent and self entertaining too, and when I was actually sitting still, I made friends with people in my surroundings.

My bravery ended at sundown, though. My hotel had a sweet rooftop bar that provided evening food/drink, there was no reason for me to venture out into the nightlife.

SD - link being sent to karma now.

lol...strawberry blondish hair. 5'5". Athletic.

I didn't wear one, but I did buy one, while I was in that fishing village. The guy who sold it to me spoke five words of english, but he made a point to shake my hand after I bought it, which I thought was sweet (a very western gesture).

very cool pics!! need more pics of you though!

That's some pretty serious elevation change when you can look DOWN at the skyscrapers.
