For those of you that train Bi's and Tri's on the same day, do you do triceps for the first half of the workout and then Biceps for the second half? Do you do vice versa? Or do you do one Tri excercise, then one Bi exercise, then one Tri exercise, then one Bi exercise, etc.? (My triecps are lagging, so I took them off of chest day and I am gonna start doing them with Biceps)
